    I have been using a paid version of Navicat for a decade and the past 3-4 years I have had a Premium subscription.

    However, your decision to require a login which expires is highly annoying, and not something I have to do with competitive products.

    It seems every time I want to use it Navicat my login has times out and I have to login again, and I have to go to my browser to lookup my login via my LastPass, and it is enough to get me to seriously consider not renewing when the my maintenance is up.

    I can imagine why you want to require a login, but be aware that you are chasing good customers away with it.
