    I have created a project and I invited to collaborate others users.
    I then created a new connection, and once I had the access I created a new database.
    Other members who I invited to the project, see the project but do not see the connection nor the database I created.
    What could be the problem?

    Could you please ask the project members to log out and log in Navicat Cloud again to see if it can solve the problem?

      How do I logout from the cloud?

      I found the "quit project" option.

      How do you fit in pogetto left?

        To log out Navicat Clould, please click your avatar on the top right corner in Navicat to open the Navicat Cloud window, and then click on your email address and choose Sign Out.

          I was able to log out. But now the situation has worsened since all projects are blocked. I can not open most any project. See the photo that I enclose.
          We are very disappointed by the behavior of Navicat and although we have purchased multiple licenses if we can not solve the problems we see ourselves forced to change software.

            I am very sorry about your bad experience. Would you please ask your members to check whether they can see the project connections and objects in the Navicat Cloud Portal site - https://cloud.navicat.com

              I have checked and I can see from the Portal site - https://cloud.navicat.com projects and most connections. I can not see all connections and some of the objects in them.
