  • Missing Profiles

    With the last update, all of my groups disappeared. Now, all of my profiles have vanished!

    We would like your assistance to identify the problem. Could you please provide the following information? You can send the information to our Support Center at - https://help.navicat.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    1. Which version did you upgraded from? e.g. from 12.0.24
    2. What types of your groups are? e.g. connection, table, view, query, etc
    3. Are the groups stored in Navicat Cloud or in local?
    4. The local grouping information is in the vgroup.json file which is stored under "profiles" folder. To look for the path, select Tools > Options, under File Locations > Profiles Location. Please check whether this file is overwritten or the path has changed.
    5. What types of profile are vanished? e.g. import, export, data/structure synchronization, data transfer, batch job
    6. All import/export profiles are stored in Settings Location of your connection. To look for the path, right-click your connection and choose Edit Connection > Advanced tab. Please check whether the path has changed.
    7. All data/structure synchronization, data transfer, batch job profiles are stored under "profiles" folder. To look for the path, select Tools > Options, under File Locations > Profiles Location. Please check whether the path has changed.
