  • Tables not showing on Postgres 10.3

    Hi,

I'm connecting to a Heroku Postgres (10.3) database.

I can connect with no problem but the tables will not display at all.

Tried it with a number of different databases all with the same result

As I can connect with the command line, Heroku insist it's a Navicat problem.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Bobbus,

Would you please provide us your Navicat version? e.g. Navicat for PostgreSQL (Windows) 12.0.26

        Hi Bobbus,

Please try to enable the Show system items option and restart Navicat to see if can solve the reported problem. To do so, please choose e.g. Navicat Essentials for PostgreSQL -> Preferences from the menu bar, select the General tab.

          Hi mayo,

That was one of the first things I tried ... however, I've doe it again but with the same result.

I see the green database icon to show I'm connected, but nothing else

Thanks for helping with this :-)

            Hi Bobbus,

Could you please provide us all Query Log messages (choose View > Query Log in the menu bar) after you reproduced the problem (i.e. after tables failed to show)?

You can send the information to our support center - https://help.navicat.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

              HI mayo,

The log is not sensitive, so I've posted it here in its entirety:
